It is possible to diagnose the deterioration condition of the sheath and shielding layer of high-voltage cables while they are live!

The "LISSA-100" is a device that measures the sheath insulation resistance of 3.3kV and 6.6kV high-voltage cable lines and can detect shield disconnections while the system is live. By combining sheath insulation resistance measurement and shield disconnection detection, it is possible to detect most deteriorated cables.
